Processing and Production

Many of our forms are printed to order. Production begins once your order and any required proof are approved, and orders ship as soon as production is complete. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is shown at checkout and listed on your invoice before you complete your purchase. We ship within the United States. If you have a question about a shipping charge, or you need to ship outside the United States, contact us and we will help.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin once an order leaves our facility. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Law Enforcement Systems, Inc. ("LES," "we," "us," or "our") through lesdirect.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are ordering for an agency, department, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to make purchases on its behalf.

Our Products

We supply printed forms and related products used by law enforcement, fire, and municipal agencies. Many items are produced to order and may be customized with your agency name, format, or other details you provide. Product images and descriptions are for reference and may vary slightly from the finished printed product.

Order Accuracy and Proof Approval

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit with each order, including agency name, wording, quantities, and any custom details. When a proof is provided for approval, the order is produced based on the approved proof. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the information you supplied or in a proof you approved.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements, such as a purchase order or approved account terms, have been agreed in writing. We may decline or cancel any order, including orders where pricing or product information was listed in error.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are shown at checkout or stated on your invoice. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Changes and Cancellations

Because many of our products are produced to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will tell you whether it can still be adjusted.

Returns and Refunds

Custom and produced to order items are made specifically for your agency and are generally not returnable unless the product is defective or was produced incorrectly due to our error. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 15 days of receipt and we will work with you to correct it. Stock items that are not customized may be eligible for return. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Intellectual Property

All content on lesdirect.com, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Law Enforcement Systems, Inc. or its suppliers and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or reuse this content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our products support your agency's recordkeeping and operations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Law Enforcement Systems, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to your order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
